Glenn B. Davis
At Eager, Davis & Holmes, Glenn helps institutional investment management firms win more business and keep more business. Glenn applies 25+ years of industry-specific experience to creatively help institutional investment managers assess their strategic alternatives, enhance their investment strategies, improve their competitive positioning, and strengthen presentation content and delivery.

Prior to Eager, Davis & Holmes, Glenn was a Partner and Senior Consultant at Mercer Manager Advisory Services (formerly Eager & Associates). In this position, Glenn advised institutional investment management firms on a wide range of strategic and tactical issues. Areas of expertise included organizational and product competitive evaluations, business model review and design, and research studies that involved interviewing hundreds of fund sponsors and consultants. From 1995-2000, Glenn headed Mercer Manager Advisory Services' (formerly Eager & Associates) Consulting Group.

Mr. Davis began his career with Mercer Investment Consulting where he advanced to the position of Senior Consultant. At Mercer Investment Consulting, Glenn advised fund sponsors on the design and implementation of their investment programs. His responsibilities included asset allocation studies, investment manager search projects, investment manager performance evaluations, and new account development.

Glenn received an M.B.A. from Miami (Ohio) University and a B.B.A. from the University of Kentucky.

David F. Holmes
David provides actionable research that boosts investment managers' business development and asset retention success. His focus includes industry-wide research on topical issues, client satisfaction surveys, and institutional hiring trends.

To support a growing and unmet need, David founded the Insurance Asset Outsourcing Exchange to promote transparency in insurance asset outsourcing and gather in-depth information on insurance companies’ investment needs. The Exchange enjoys wide support from insurance asset managers, insurance companies and insurance-focused investment consultants. David's day-to-day management of the Exchange gives him truly unique, granular insight on trends and developments in the Insurance GA asset outsourcing market.

From 1987 through 2002, David was Director of Research for Mercer Manager Advisory Services (formerly Eager & Associates), where he managed the firm's information platform. The firm's research focus included monitoring and projecting investment industry trends, client satisfaction studies, benchmarking, investment manager awareness and perception studies, product concept testing and positioning, and issue-focused custom research for specific investment manager clients.

From 2003 through 2004, David was Research Director for Mercer Investment Consulting's Global Investment Forum. At the Forum, David implemented a global research program that explored institutional investment trends and identified best practices in investment managers' client servicing and consultant relations efforts.

David holds a B.S. in Business and Economics and a M.S. in Economics from the University of Kentucky.
